We were thrilled to witness the incredible collaboration between Chef Jose Salazar and Billy Grant of McPrice Myers Wines. Billy, recently honored as the Paso Robles Wine Industry Person of the Year, curated a thoughtful selection of nine wines, including a few library treasures, that perfectly complemented Chef José’s inspired menu. Together, they created a pairing that was nothing short of magic.

A heartfelt thank you as well to our generous hosts, Lindsey and David Krounour, and Samantha and Charlie Rittgers, for opening their home and hearts to make this evening possible.

For Cincinnati, this night was more than an event for SabesWings, it was the beginning of something bigger.
